About This Product

■High-temperature steam cuts furnace length in half

・By pressurizing steam using a uniquely developed pressurizing device, we succeeded in generating steam at a higher temperature than conventional saturated steam (patent pending: 2022-130530) ・Since the steam is at a higher temperature than in conventional saturated steam tunnels, the furnace length can be shortened. ・Steam usage is also reduced by shortening the furnace length. Reduces overall utility costs, including boiler operation. No heater is used because it is pressurizing rather than overheating. ・The newly developed nozzle diffuses the steam and discharges it evenly onto the workpiece. (Patent pending: 2022-130531) Also, since the water droplets are small, the amount of water droplets adhering to the product is half that of conventional products. - Nozzle can be adjusted back and forth. Also, since the number of stages can be adjusted, it can be adjusted to suit the container. ・The final furnace uses a cyclone method similar to the hot air method (patent pending: 2022-130532) ・A drying device for removing water droplets is also available as an option.
