About This Product

■Summary

In recent years, polyimide resins and polyamide-imide resins have been used in various fields due to their high heat resistance, high chemical resistance, and high insulation properties. However, these resins have been removed using highly dangerous hot concentrated sulfuric acid and strippers that can damage the material. Kaneko Chemical has developed "e-Solve 21KZE-100" and "e-Solve 21KZE-300" which are safe and easy to dissolve.

■Achieves high dissolving power

- Substitute for hot concentrated sulfuric acid and strippers when removing fiber coating. ・Can be dissolved simply by immersion. ・Dissolving power is further increased by heating.

■Considerates both workers and the environment

- Does not contain chlorinated solvents. ・Does not apply to the organic rule or specialization rule. ・Highly safe as it does not fall under the Fire Service Act.

■Application examples

・Dissolution of polyimide resin/polyamideimide resin. ・Dissolution of film and varnish. ・Dissolving coatings of optical fibers, metal wires, etc. ・Dissolution of resin adhering to the mold.

■Precautions for use

This product may react violently with metals such as aluminum and zinc. Please conduct a confirmation test with a small amount before conducting the main test. This product is strongly alkaline, so please rinse thoroughly with alcohol or purified water after use. "e-Solve 21KZE-100" is classified as a deleterious substance under the Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Law. Please manage it properly when using and storing it.
