About This Product

■Summary

"e-Solve 21RS", "e-Solve 21RX" and "e-Solve 21RZ" developed by Kaneko Chemical are used by many customers as powerful solubilizers for silicone resins and polyamide resins. The fact that it does not fall under the Fire Service Act has also been very well received.

■Achieves high dissolving power

・Resin is dissolved just by immersion. ・Dissolving power is further increased by heating. - Expensive parts that were previously discarded can now be reused.

■Considerates both workers and the environment

- Does not contain chlorinated solvents. ・Does not apply to the organic rule or specialization rule. ・Highly safe as it does not fall under the Fire Service Act.

■Application examples

・Dissolution of silicone resin, silicone rubber, and polyamide resin (nylon). ・Dissolution of silicone sealant on the board. ・Peeling of workpieces bonded with silicone adhesive. ・Dissolution of cured material that adheres to the silicone mixing pot. ・Dissolution of silicone paint. ・Dissolution of heat-cured silicone mold release agent. ・Dissolution of silicone caulking agent and silicone gasket. ・Smoothing the surface of 3D printed objects. ・Dissolution of modified silicone (e-Solve 21RX/e-Solve 21RZ)

■Precautions for use

This product may react violently with metals such as aluminum and magnesium. Please conduct a confirmation test with a small amount before conducting the main test. Since this product is acidic, please rinse thoroughly with our special rinse agent "e-Clean 21RSN" or alcohol after use.
