About This Product
■Summary
・Cleaning agent for metal processing parts, cutting parts, electronic parts, flux, etc.
・Methylene chloride = dichloromethane = dichloromethane, an alternative to trichlorethylene.
The e-Clean 21®N series is an easy-to-handle cleaning agent that has the same cleaning power and drying properties as chlorine-based cleaning agents, and has no flash point. It is an earth-friendly product that does not contain chlorinated solvents or organic solvents, and has an ozone depletion potential and global warming potential close to zero.
Existing chlorine-based cleaning equipment (washing machines) can be used as is, and installing a distillation regeneration equipment (recycle recovery equipment) will be effective in obtaining and renewing ISO certification.

■Features
- Non-flammable (not subject to fire service law, no flash point), so you don't have to worry about where to store it.
・Organic rule/Specialization rule does not apply.
- Cleaning power equivalent to chlorine-based cleaning agents (trichlorethylene, methylene chloride, methychloride).
・Drying properties equivalent to chlorine-based cleaning agents.
- Existing chlorinated solvent cleaning equipment can be used as is.
・Can be recycled.
- Low ozone depletion potential and global warming potential, and short atmospheric lifetime.
- Can be cleaned with vapor cleaning (steam cleaning), immersion cleaning (dip), and hand towel cleaning.
・Because the surface tension is low, even complex parts can be cleaned.
