The eClean 21®FH series is an excellent product for diluting and cleaning fluorinated lubricants (oil). In particular, we have a proven track record with Solvay Group's Fomblin® (*1), which is used as contact insulation treatment and vacuum pump lubricant. In addition, environmental and health issues are taken into consideration, and there are few laws and regulations, making it easy to handle. Furthermore, compared to other companies' products with the same functionality, this product offers excellent cost performance.
