About This Product

■SummaryHeavy duty anti-corrosion paint using baking type epoxy resin paint. Its high corrosion resistance significantly exceeds the standards of conventional paints.

■​Coating that supports infrastructureIt is used in a variety of infrastructure-related applications such as bridges, subways, railways, and seismic dampers. Among these, the areas that require the most severe testing are those related to subway and other segments. The bolts that connect these segments are in semi-permanent contact with the concrete. Therefore, it is necessary to pass extremely severe tests.

The main tests include caustic soda 20wt% for 4,000 hours, salt water spray test for 3,000 hours, and hydrochloric acid for 720 hours. The TE-901 series has passed these harsh tests.

​■+Lubricating paintBy using lubricants such as fluorine (tetrafluoroethylene) and molybdenum disulfide, it is also possible to adjust the torque coefficient and friction coefficient.

■Acid rain countermeasuresOne of the most commonly used tests to prevent acid rain is the sulfur dioxide gas test. It has also passed 30 cycles of DIN50018 (Kesselnig method).

​■＋Stainless steel flakesBy containing stainless steel flakes, there is no longer a weak point. Epoxy resin paints generally have a weakness in terms of weather resistance. However, since stainless steel flakes block UV rays, there is no longer any need to worry about chalking the paint film.

Paint film formation method
■Degreasing of painted objectsPlease degrease so that no oil or fat remains. 

■Please stir the paint thoroughly and then dilute it with the special thinner.・Special thinner: TE-901 thinner (4 types with different drying properties are available)
・Dilution rate: 10-30%
・Air spray: 1.0~1.5mm (diameter), 3~5kg/cm2

■Paint film thickness40-50μm (2 coats)

■Film forming conditions: 2 coats, 2 bakes・Primer: TE-901-P clear (180℃ x 20 minutes)
・Top coat: TE-901-P (SUS) (200℃×20 minutes)

■Amorous eyesSilver gray (SUS color)

■Entering eyes・1kg・4kg・16kg
