Envelopes are created by automatically creasing, gluing, and folding paper cut out into envelope-shaped shapes. Rather than reprinting envelopes that have printing restrictions, printing before bag making allows you to design freely.
■Creating high value-added envelopes
You can create envelopes with borderless printing, designs on the front and back, interior designs, and background pattern printing. We can also create envelopes with non-standard sizes and round/diamond top flap shapes.
■Easy operation
Simply select a pre-registered process, load paper, and press the start key to perform automatic processing. Unlike large machines, it does not require a dedicated person and anyone can easily operate it.
■Compact size
This is a space-saving bag making machine for small lots that can be installed anywhere.
■Processing capacity 1,000 mails/hour
With the speed of producing 1,000 Yocho 3 envelopes per hour, small-lot jobs can be completed quickly.
■Paper feed section
Adopts air suction method. Paper can be fed without stressing the paper, and paper transport damage is prevented. In addition, even if double sheet feeding occurs, the ultrasonic sensor will reliably detect it and stop it.
■Scoring & folding section
Each flap section is scored before folding, which prevents toner cracking that occurs when folding printing paper. In addition, the bulges at the folds are pressed, allowing for a beautiful finish.
■Glue application section
The amount of glue applied by the nozzle and the application length can be registered for each job and can be easily set. The glue used is adhesive glue that comes in a bottle, and the used glue bottle can be easily replaced.
