ValueCAN 4-2 is a low-cost, high-performance, next-generation CANFD tool that is backward compatible with CAN 2.0. In addition to all the field testing capabilities of ValueCAN 3, features include software-controlled CAN termination, increased buffer size, improved USB latency performance, and standalone operation with a USB charger.
ValueCAN 4-2 supports 2x CAN, CAN FD channels, USB type A and C options, and has certified drivers for Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10.
ValueCAN 4-2 is completely isolated from the PC, and the isolation layer is self-powered from USB, eliminating the need for an external power supply for the CAN transceiver. ValueCAN 4-2's isolation is a rare feature in low-cost interfaces and eliminates issues that can negatively impact communication with your PC, such as grounding and noise issues. ValueCAN 4-2 is electrically hardened and will not interfere with high load environments such as reverse battery voltage or electrical transients. The pin assignment is clearly printed on the housing, making wiring very easy. It is also covered by a 1 year warranty.

Tested to support two high-bandwidth CAN FD networks. Validation scope includes 8Mb/s data on both channels and 100% utilization at transmit speed.
■Real-time acceleration, standalone mode, gateway, ECU simulation
Real-time function block scripts and C code created with Vehicle Spy Professional can be loaded in real-time with microsecond resolution. Scripts can be controlled, monitored, or run independently on a PC.
