About This Product

■10BASE-T1S development interface compatible with 100/1000BASE-T1, 10/100/1000BASE-T, CANFD/LIN

RAD-Comet 2 is a general-purpose device for developing and testing 10BASE-T1S communication for in-vehicle systems. It can be configured and used to simulate nodes on a 10BASE-T1S network as well as capture and analyze 10BASE-T1S traffic simultaneously with other vehicular networks. All Ethernet and CAN traffic is accurately timestamped for logging and analysis with Vehicle Spy software. When configured as a media converter, RAD-Comet 2 can bridge any of the three Ethernet physical layers. This is useful for connecting your PC to in-vehicle Ethernet devices to observe network activity with Wireshark or Vehicle Spy. It is also useful for integrating 10BASE-T1S devices and networks into 100/1000BASE-T1 networks.
