About This Product

■Summary

Skeleton's anti-peeling coating material prevents cracks and deformations on the surface of the structure by impregnating the base material MBS Clear Guard (transparent special coating material) into a glass continuous fiber sheet with excellent strength. We have achieved transparency that allows for visual confirmation. This makes it possible to visually check the surface of the structure after construction, pinpointing areas where deformations have occurred and making it possible to re-repair in small areas. In addition, its performance has been verified through rigorous testing conducted by a third-party organization in accordance with the standards required for surface protection construction methods and flaking prevention performance.

■With an extremely simple construction method, durability is dramatically improved while ensuring transparency of the protective surface.

There are three types of construction methods for "skeleton disaster prevention coating". ``Ultra-thin film/thin skeleton flaking disaster prevention coating'' is a very simple product that, after surface treatment, a glass continuous fiber sheet is sandwiched between coating materials (base coating), and after curing, it is finished with a final coating. "Skeleton Clear Coating" is a process-saving construction method for preventing small pieces of concrete from flaking off that does not require continuous glass fiber sheets and requires only one work step.

・Possible above +2℃ ・Can be applied when the moisture content of the concrete surface is less than 20% - Possible to perform in the rain (not possible if the substrate is wet) ・Can be installed even in narrow spaces (required width 5cm or more) ・No need for material yard ・No large heavy machinery, equipment, or vehicles required
