About This Product

■Summary

Alpron G-50 is a low-viscosity epoxy resin adhesive for injection into cracks and voids in concrete structures. Taking advantage of the excellent properties of epoxy resin, it exhibits strong adhesive strength and can restore the strength of structures. It is also effective in preventing corrosion and deterioration of reinforcing bars inside concrete.

■Applications

・Crack injection in concrete structures. (Applicable to widths of 0.2 to 1 mm) ・Anchor reinforcement for beams, etc. ・Floor plate reinforcement

■Packing style

9kg/set (base agent: 6kg, hardening agent: 3kg)

■Features

- Equivalent to NEXCO crack repair injection material type 1. - Strongly adheres to mortar and concrete. - Can be injected into minute cracks and voids. ・Excellent water and weather resistance. ・It has a long pot life and is suitable for construction using low-pressure injection equipment.

■How to use

・Remove weak areas, laitance, rust, dust, dirt, oil, etc. on the base surface (adhesion area). ・Measure the base agent and curing agent at the specified mixing ratio (100:50) and mix thoroughly until uniform. ・Please inject into the construction area within the pot life. ・After installation, please allow sufficient curing until the resin hardens.

■Precautions for use

・If you mix a large amount of epoxy resin at once, it will generate a lot of heat and shorten its pot life, so please use the appropriate amount depending on the job. ・Do not use solvents for any purpose other than cleaning construction equipment, etc. ・When using resin, be careful of fire and ventilation. ・Avoid direct skin contact. If it comes into direct contact with your skin, immediately wash it thoroughly with soap, etc. ・If it gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with running water and seek medical advice immediately. ・Please read the safety data sheet (SDS) before use.
