About This Product

■Summary

Repro Liquid-R40 is a lithium nitrite aqueous solution. Replacing a portion of the mixing water with Repro Liquid R-40 when mixing Repro mortar improves the rust prevention effect.

■Packing style

20kg/can

■Workability

It is easy to handle because it can be used by simply replacing a portion of the mixing water when mixing repro mortar.

■Rust resistance

The nitrite ions contained in Repro Liquid R-40 chemically react with the surface of the reinforcing steel, forming a passive film that exhibits rust prevention effects.

■Strength

By replacing a portion of the Repro mortar mixing water with Repro Liquid-R40, various strengths including compressive strength are improved due to the water reduction effect. How to use

■For hand mixer

・Measure the water and Repro Liquid-R40 and add it to a mixing container such as a pail can. - Add the repro mortar and mix for at least 3 minutes to avoid lumps.

■For mortar mixer

・Measure water and Repro Liquid-R40 in a measuring cup, etc., and mix. ・After dry mixing the Repro mortar, gradually add the Repro Liquid-R40 mixed water and mix for at least 3 minutes to avoid lumps.

■Construction precautions

・When storing, avoid direct sunlight and store at 0°C to 40°C. ・Do not perform construction if the outside temperature is below 5℃. ・Avoid construction if rain or snow is expected. - Do not use mixer blades made of aluminum.

■Safety precautions

・Please be sure to read the catalog, SDS, and installation instructions before use. ・Please conduct a construction test in advance according to the purpose of use to confirm the suitability and safety of the product. - Never allow this product to come into contact with acids. Toxic gases (NOx) are produced. ・Please wear protective equipment when working. ・If swallowed, rinse your mouth. If you feel unwell, please seek medical attention and diagnosis. ・If it comes into contact with your skin, wash it with plenty of water using soap and in severe cases, seek medical attention immediately. ・In case of contact with eyes, rinse carefully with water for several minutes, and if irritation persists, seek medical attention and diagnosis.
