■Summary
Reprobond is a water-based acrylic/epoxy primer exclusively for Repromortar. It exhibits excellent performance on both wet and dry repair surfaces, and provides a strong bond between repro mortar and the base.

Main agent: 6kg/can, hardening agent: 3kg/can
■Workability
・Taking into account the difficulty of application due to the high viscosity of epoxy resin, we have made it low viscosity, making it easier to apply.
- Can be easily applied with a brush, roller, etc., and has excellent workability.
・Since it is water-based, it can be washed away with water until the resin has hardened, such as the application equipment.
■High adhesiveness
・Excellent adhesion to ceilings and smooth surfaces.
・Excellent adhesion even on wet concrete surfaces.
■Safety
Since it is water-based, there is no risk of ignition or solvent poisoning.
Construction procedure
■Chiseling
・Remove any floating objects, laitance, weak parts, oil, etc. from the concrete base.
■Kneading
・Prepare a kneading container (such as a plastic container), add the base agent and curing agent at a mixing ratio (weight ratio) of 2:1, and stir well.
■Application
- Use a brush, roller, etc. to apply the material evenly so that it does not accumulate in the recesses.
- Immediately after application, it is possible to apply a topcoat without waiting for it to dry (1 hour after application at low temperatures). In addition, the cross-section repair material can be applied up to 4 hours after application (at 20℃). If more time passes than that, it may lead to poor adhesion, so please reapply.
■Next process
・Before applying the cross-section repair material, be sure to touch the applied surface to make sure it is tacky.
・Please perform construction and curing in an environment of 5℃ or higher. If the temperature is below 5℃, consider heating measures.
・For construction at low temperatures (5℃ environment), please apply the cross-section repair material approximately 1 hour after applying Reprobond.
・Depending on the site environment (ventilation, sunlight, etc.), the applied primer may dry out even within the construction time.
■Construction precautions
・When storing, avoid direct sunlight and store at 5℃ to 35℃.
・Do not use if frozen.
・Mixtures cannot be stored. Please use within the pot life.
・When disposing of the product, please entrust it to a licensed industrial waste disposal company.
