■Summary

“NETIS registered technology_KK-230077-A Product used for “Repro Quick Construction Method”” ReproQuick is a natural inorganic mineral-based setting accelerator exclusively for Repromortar. By adding it when mixing repro mortar AZ, you can shorten the construction interval for cross-section repair work.

■Packing style

■Workability

-Easy to use by simply adding it when mixing repro mortar.　　　　　 - Setting time (application interval) can be controlled by the amount added. ・Since it is divided into small portions, it is easy to adjust the amount added.　　

■Shorter construction period

・It is possible to control the setting time according to the construction environment, contributing to shortening the construction period. ・Since it does not contain chlorides, it will not have any negative effect on existing concrete.

■Long-term stability

Although it has an excellent setting promotion effect, it does not impair long-term compressive strength or curing shrinkage.

■Dryout prevention

・By promoting coagulation, the effects of drying can be suppressed. -Especially effective against dry out in winter.

Repro Quick 1/2 bag (200g) to 1 bag (400g) for 1 bag (25kg) of Repro Mortar How to use

■For hand mixer

・Disperse Repro Quick in the water prepared for mixing Repro mortar. - Add Repro mortar to Repro Quick dispersion water and mix for at least 3 minutes to avoid lumps. *When kneading, it may feel like it has become firm temporarily, but if you continue kneading without adding water, it will return to its normal state.

■For mortar mixer

・Disperse Repro Quick in the water prepared for mixing Repro mortar. ・After dry mixing the Repro mortar, gradually add the Repro Quick dispersion water and mix for at least 3 minutes to avoid lumps.

■Construction precautions

・When storing, avoid direct sunlight. ・As it dislikes moisture, please use it within the same day after opening. ・A setting accelerator exclusively for repro mortar. When using products other than repro mortar, please carefully check long-term performance such as compressive strength before use. ・Do not perform construction if the outside temperature is below 5℃. ・Avoid construction if rain or snow is expected. - Do not use mixer blades made of aluminum.
