About This Product

■Summary

Ascoat NE is a colorless and transparent aqueous solution. It is resistant to freezing, and the freezing temperature of the stock solution is -20, making it suitable for freezing in winter. It is also an anti-adhesive agent for asphalt that exhibits high biodegradability that far exceeds standard values.

■Product features

・Especially effective in preventing adhesion to iron plates. ・It is a colorless and transparent aqueous solution that does not separate like emulsions. ・Does not fall under the category of dangerous goods under the Fire Service Act. ・As it is a highly biodegradable anti-adhesion agent, it is ideal for sites where environmental consideration is required. Biodegradability is 88% (according to OECD301C). [It is said that biodegradability is good at 60% or more. Example: Mineral oil 10-30%] ・Safety has been confirmed in fish toxicity tests (according to OECD No.203). ・Since it is a diluted type, the cost is lower than that of light oil. ・Environmental measures will improve the company's image. ・Suitable for freezing in winter. (Standard freezing temperature -20℃) - Does not cause cutback, so does not contaminate the surrounding area.

■Precautions for use

・We recommend covering the product with a sheet to prevent rainwater from entering and storing it away from direct sunlight. ・Do not mix with other anti-adhesion agents. ・Please do not use it for any purpose other than its intended purpose. ・Although the impact on the environment has been reduced, it does not mean there is no impact at all. Please be careful not to release or leak into the environment. ・Please be sure to refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for safe handling of Ascort NE. ・Please be careful as it will freeze if the temperature drops below -20℃. ・Please note that the freezing temperature of diluted liquid will change.
