Renewed from the previous product "Las Clear". We have started selling the new product "Las Clear NEO".
- Reacts with red rust to form an electrochemically inactive black film, providing long-term rust prevention effects.
- Water-soluble liquid, non-flammable, and has good application workability.
・Man-hours can be reduced (2 man-hours → 1 man-hour). Eliminates the smearing and blasting of normal painting.
・The adhesion stress between the reinforcing bars coated with Lath Clear and the concrete is very good.
・Maximum adhesion stress to coated reinforcing bars 100.6%

・Japan Society of Civil Engineers standard: JSCE-E 102-2003 Quality standard for epoxy resin coated reinforcing bars
・Passed "The maximum adhesion stress must be 85% or more of unpainted reinforcing bars."
■How to use
・Please stir the container thoroughly. *It will separate when left standing, but can be mixed evenly with simple stirring.
・Please divide only the amount you will use into small portions.
・Remove floating rust, loose rust, other deposits, and oil (4 types of cleaning) in advance.
・Apply evenly with a water-based brush. *Do not return the used liquid to the container as it may deteriorate.
・Natural drying (about 20℃) takes 5 to 6 hours, but you can usually recoat after 24 hours or more. [Approximate amount of application: 10-15㎡/kg (0.067-0.1kg/㎡)]
