About This Product
A savior for problems with poor stud welding, where you can't tell if it's attached just by looking at it. Non-destructive inspection of threaded weld studs from M3 to M8 (optional higher).
It is possible to check stud weld joints using CD, drone arc, and short cycle drone arc. A durable case houses all components.
■What is Digital Stud Checker?
This is a device to easily check the connection of welded studs. Previous joint tests involved applying force to the stud or base material until it deformed. This method had the disadvantage of rendering the product unusable. Digital Stud Checker allows for non-destructive bond testing.
■Easy to use
Use the socket and wrench to apply force in the direction of the stud. Set the wrench in advance to a value that corresponds to the thickness of the stud or base material. When force is applied, the wrench lights up an LED, vibrates, and sounds a buzzer, allowing you to check the accuracy of welding connections before the product (stud or base metal) deforms.
