About This Product
Automatically supplies CD stud bolts and automatically welds to the set welding position. We manufacture automatic stud welding machines with various sizes such as welding range X1,800 x Y1,200 by making to order.
■Excellent weldability
Stable welding of iron and stainless steel up to φ10. Robot is used on the Z-axis. Stable pressurization performance unaffected by season, temperature, etc.
■Aluminum stud compatible
Adopts variable pressure method to achieve excellent weldability.
■Excellent operability
Automatically replaces 5 types of chucks. Compatible with chucks up to φ16. Automatically welds 5 types of CD stud bolts. By attaching a hand type gun, manual stud welding is also possible.
■Easy operation
Easy operation that even beginners can use right away.
■Automatic machine gun head
You can use it with confidence due to its reliable positioning accuracy and excellent maintainability. Compatible with chucks up to φ16. We also sell the automatic machine gun head separately.
