About This Product
A model for fireproof coating construction that achieves the lightweight, short charging time, and high-quality welding required for on-site construction. It is possible to weld not only cup head pins and insul pins, but also male threads of iron and stainless steel up to M6, and female threads (fukuro nuts) with a welding diameter of up to Φ6.
*Steel female threads (Fukuro Nut) are standard stock items. Stainless steel Fukuro Nuts are made to order.
■Excellent weldability
Equipped with an auto-lock function that prevents welding even if you press the switch until it is charged to the set voltage. Prevents welding defects due to insufficient charging and enables stable welding.
■Excellent operability
The FVC (flash voltage control) function allows you to control the voltage up and down without turning off the power.
■Easy operation
CD stud welding requires no special qualifications, no welding gas or solvent, and anyone can easily weld it.
■Hertz free
Hertz-free, with no need to switch between 50Hz and 60Hz input frequencies depending on region.
■New stud gun MKG gun adopted for fireproof coating work
We have created a new gun with a focus on operability and an ergonomic grip that is lightweight and easy for anyone to handle. *MHG guns and SGC guns can also be connected if purchased separately.
■Accessories
The items necessary for welding the cup head pin are included in the set. Welding work can be started immediately.
*If you are welding an insul pin, you will need a separate chuck, holder, chuck cover, and pin stopper for the insul pin.
*When welding CD stud bolts, a stud gun, MHG gun, SGC gun, etc., chuck, holder, and stopper are required separately.
