■Excellent weldability
A professional model that combines high-quality welding from small to large diameters with high power using a unique circuit. It is possible to weld ZAM materials, which are considered difficult to weld. Aluminum can also be welded with a standard gun. Equipped with an auto-lock function that prevents welding even if you press the switch until it is charged to the set voltage. This prevents welding defects due to insufficient charging and achieves stable welding.
■Excellent operability
The FVC (flash voltage control) function allows you to control the voltage up and down without turning off the power.
■Easy operation
CD stud welding requires no special qualifications, no welding gas or solvent, and anyone can easily weld it.
■Hertz free
Hertz-free, with no need to switch between 50Hz and 60Hz input frequencies depending on region.
■New stud gun MHG gun adopted
We have created a new gun with a focus on operability and an ergonomic grip that is lightweight and easy for anyone to handle.
■Aluminum can be welded with a standard gun
A newly developed unique circuit allows welding of aluminum studs with a standard gun. There is no need to change guns to weld aluminum. This is a technology unique to Japan Flash.

The items necessary for CD stud welding are included in the set. Welding is possible immediately if you prepare CD stud bolts.
