This is a gluten dryer that dries wet gluten.

■Features

・It heats up to 150℃ and automatically stops with a warning sound in 4 minutes. - Comes with 3 types of LED indicators to show operating status (power, test, off). -The main unit has a cover lock and one indicator light to indicate when heating is in progress. ・The heating surface is treated with Teflon to prevent samples from adhering. ・This product complies with ISO 21415-4.
