This is a gluten cleaning machine that extracts flour to measure its wet gluten content and quality.

■Features

・Operations are mainly performed using three buttons. - Two gluten samples can be prepared at the same time. ・Indicator displays cleaning and kneading status ・Samples can be prepared in a short time and with less effort ・Whole grain flour can also be kneaded. ・Small and lightweight
