This is a manual table-type precision cutting machine that can cut specimens of various shapes such as various metal materials, PCB substrates, semiconductors, crystals, ceramics, quartz glass, and rock samples.
■Features
- Compatible with two cutting methods: dry and wet.
- Adopts a T-slot bolt jig that can accommodate various samples.
-Equipped with a large transparent hood, allowing you to check the cutting process in detail.
・If the sample size exceeds the table dimensions, it can be operated in cover unlock mode.
- Closed loop control system allows fine adjustment of spindle rotation speed from 200 to 3,000 rpm.
- The motor is equipped with a cooling fan and overheating protection function.
