About This Product

The AM600 knife grinder is the most widely used in the food industry. Not only dry, elastic, tough, brittle, fibrous, soft and medium hard samples are effectively crushed, but also samples with high moisture, high oil and high fat contents are quickly and effectively homogenized and can meet customer needs.

■Accessories

・Saw blade: Suitable for samples with high fat content such as meat. - Stainless steel knife or titanium knife: The two blades are offset up and down, increasing the polishing range and increasing efficiency. Stainless Steel Container: Suitable for soft, medium hardness, toughness, water, oil, lipid samples, especially for medium hardness samples such as grains, nuts, etc., which can withstand greater impact. Stainless steel can be sterilized under high temperature and pressure. ・PC container: Transparent scratch-proof material. It is soft, tough, elastic, and fibrous, making it suitable for grinding water-containing oily fat samples. High temperature and high pressure sterilization below 120℃. ・Overflow gravity head: The size of the grinding space moves up and down to match the changing sample size during the grinding process. ・Scraper: For extracting sticky samples.
