About This Product
Rotor beater mill is mainly suitable for grinding dry, soft, brittle and medium samples. With strong driving force and high speed rotation of 10,000 rpm, samples are directly ground to a fineness of approximately 100 μm. We have a variety of rotors and bottom screens available for you to choose conveniently according to your needs and work habits.

・Ideal for continuous or batch processing of large numbers of samples.
・Maximum sample input size is 25mm.
・Optional bottom sieve opening size 0.12mm-10mm
・Final output particle size can be controlled to 100μm.
・Speed 2,000-10,000rpm adjustable.

- Made of stainless steel, aperture size 36μm. Mil and collection. Fixed between the buckets, the air generated by the rotor can be exhausted, the sample is quickly and gently crushed, and the fine dust is more convenient to clean.
・Vibration feeder: Ideal for processing homogeneous samples and large quantities of samples
・Cyclone separator: Improves the grinding efficiency of the sample in the grinding chamber. 5L/30L
