About This Product

The AM300/300S cutting mill is suitable for soft, medium-hard, tough and fibrous samples and allows for quick grinding. The powerful power of the three-phase motor and high-torque cutting give the AM300S excellent performance on highly complex samples such as solid waste. Stepless speed adjustment can be adapted to different samples.

■Features

・3,000W motor drives efficiently and crushes samples effectively. - Can be adjusted from 100 to 3,000 rpm to suit various samples. -Multiple consecutive cutting edges in the grinding chamber reduce sample grinding time. - The rotor and bottom sieve are plug-in type and easy to clean. - Generates little heat and is suitable for samples that are sensitive to heat. -Large supply volume, up to 80L/h, final fineness 100um-20mm, suitable for different requirements. - Rotor and ring sheave made of different materials. -Digital display ensures reproducibility of sample results. -The control panel can directly read the load in the class and easily adjust the feed rate and feed rate. - Sample booster makes it easier for the sample to enter the grinding cavity for grinding. -Escape-free hopper, dust-free design, easy to clean. ・This device is equipped with a sensing device to ensure safe operation. -The motor is equipped with a brake system to stop it immediately. -The AM300S is designed with a ventilation grill to facilitate sample collection. ・The AM300S bracket is made of aluminum and can be separated from the main body, making it easy to carry.
