About This Product

Models AFI-03plus / AFI-05plus with granulation function are suitable for the production of gold and silver particles in the precious metal recycling industry and metallurgical research laboratories.

■Features

・The small AFI-03plus is very popular, and depending on the ratio of crucible capacity and output, it melts the entire crucible capacity in about 1 to 2 minutes. ・The granulation function installed in AFI-03 / AFI-05 allows molten metal to be poured into the liquid phase through the hole at the bottom of the special crucible. - If you use a crucible with a strainer on the bottom or a crucible with one large diameter hole, you can make ingot grains and castings. - When granulating pure metals that do not require mixing multiple alloy components, non-stop granulation is possible by constantly opening the stopper at the bottom of the crucible. ・The advantage of bottom drainage pouring casting lies in the difference in the density of the metal and the impurities present in it. As soon as the molten metal enters the liquid phase, impurities flow to the surface. By pouring the metal from the bottom of the crucible, there is no chance of impurities remaining in the crucible or contaminating only the entrance of the mold.
