About This Product

This induction furnace is ideal for casting bullion bars whose weight is precisely measured.

■Features

・Precisely weighed material is placed in a mold of the desired shape and melted in a short time using an electromagnetic field. ・The K thermocouple measures the temperature at the center of the graphite mold. - A graphite mold is placed above the induction chamber, and an electromagnetic field is applied from the bottom. ・A burner (propane/butane) is placed above the graphite mold to control the cooling of the mold and create a reducing atmosphere. ・The maximum dimensions of a graphite mold are 150mm in diameter and 30mm in height, and it is possible to create a mold with the desired shape within that range.
