About This Product
The OSK 59BS12 Agatoronic G, H, R series is a vacuum casting machine with a built-in induction furnace designed for the casting of individual products and zinc-rich metals for small-scale jewellers.
Features
■This device was designed to perform the following three basic functions.
1. Small structural changes: Using investment casting, users can cast quickly and with high quality.
2. Granulation: Casting of small bead structure.
3. Use it as a normal melting furnace.
■The advantage of bottom drain casting lies in the difference in specific gravity between metal and impurities.
1. When the metal turns into a liquid phase, impurities move to the surface.
2. While charging the metal, the impurities in the mold form a closed structure mass.
3. When metal is introduced through the hole at the bottom of the crucible, impurities remain in the crucible or at the entrance of the mold.
4. The resulting product acquires a more cohesive structure, making further processing easier.
5. An additional benefit of bottom drain casting is uniform, uninterrupted metal flow.
- The device monitors the generator's power, temperature, and the condition of the device itself.
-Equipped with a process controller, messages are displayed in English on the LCD.
