The OSK 59BS11 Agatoronic M and K series is a vacuum pressure casting machine with a built-in low frequency induction furnace and suitable for casting jewelry using investment casting.
■Features
- A microprocessor controller designed based on the latest solutions in industrial automation manages the entire process.
・Communication with the control device is via a 7-inch TFT touch panel.
・Fully automatic type Agatoronic K is executed by a programmed algorithm called a casting program, and the operations performed by the user are limited to [filling the crucible with alloy], [placing the flask in the chamber], and [pressing the START key]. will be done.
・After 3-4 minutes, the casting chamber will open and you will be notified by a signal sound.
・15 minutes after the flask is filled, the control unit will prompt you to submerge the flask in water. This automated control solution allows users with no experience in jewelry casting to operate the equipment with just 15 minutes of training.
- The vibrator function vibrates the casting chamber at a constant frequency while the flask is being filled with liquid metal, which helps accelerate the flask filling process and homogenize the alloy.
-Agatoronic M/K is equipped with a 10kW low frequency generator that ensures melting of the metal in the crucible in 1-2 minutes. At the same time, a powerful generator actively stirs and mixes the liquid alloy components using an electromagnetic field.
- If you use a graphite crucible with a movable bottom stopper, you will have more space for larger casting alloys. This is important in 50/50 castings (e.g. 50% pure metal, 50% scrap from cast tree core).The increased internal space eliminates the preparation process of cutting and crucible granulating the casting material. It's about becoming like that.
- Another unique feature is the mass calculator (weight calculation). From the test and total weight of the casting tree, the weight of pure metal and alloy additives can be obtained.
