About This Product

This is a vacuum electric furnace with a normal operating temperature of 1,000℃ or less.

■Features・Suitable for continuous operation at normal operating temperatures of 1,000℃ or less.
・Perfect atmosphere control for oxygen-free environment.
・Supports hardening, annealing, tempering, brazing, and sintering with or without vacuum.
・Vacuum, release of vacuum state, gas input and gas output are composed of 4 individual ports.
・Multiple atmospheric environments can be created (combustion in air, purging air and pulling vacuum, pouring inert gas and sintering)
・With the optional mass flow controller, inert gas can be preset (98), allowing for more accurate, responsive, and stable gas management.
・Positive pressure inside the chamber can be maintained with an optional back pressure valve.
・Complete and precise experiments are possible with a full configuration of mass flow controller, back pressure valve, digital vacuum meter, and vacuum pump.
