This is a vacuum atmosphere box type resistance furnace. It can also be used in the field of new materials such as metal materials, ceramic materials, nanomaterials, and semiconductor materials.

・Made of metal Q235 low carbon steel, the surface uses a furnace shell with high electrostatic resistance and corrosion resistance.
- Sturdy metal shell structure keeps furnace surface temperature low
・Flanged type sealed structure, manual screw compression type, easy to operate the door side
・Multi-layer insulation design, does not contain asbestos components, has low heat loss, and uses energy-saving refractories
・Uses free radiation heating inside the furnace cavity, energy saving, high efficiency, long life heating system
・Good homogeneity inside the furnace due to three-sided heating
・Silicon carbide bottom plate covers and protects the bottom heating element, has high mechanical strength, good thermal conductivity, and can withstand horizontal loads.
・More precise temperature control is possible with the PID controller in SSR/SCR control mode
・Uses a program controller that can meet complex process needs, allowing for simple operation and flexible programming.
・Equipped with an automatic safety protection function, which allows immediate response in the event of over-temperature rise or malfunction.
・Vacuum atmosphere function allows you to select different vacuum pumps and air circuit control units, and also allows protective gas to pass through.
