About This Product

NAZCA5 DNC is the successor to Nazca Pro Multi Communication. This NC program sending/receiving software has a rich track record of implementation, and allows simultaneous communication with up to 32 NC machine tools from one computer. You can centrally manage NC programs in your factory.

■FeaturesNC program transmission/reception software for RS232C. In addition to RS232C, it also supports LAN connections (FTP, FOCAS). The communication status of each communication port, such as "sending" and "receiving," can be checked on the computer screen, allowing you to operate the machine efficiently.

■Extensive communication experienceWe have a track record of communicating with most NC machine tool manufacturers in Japan, and have been introduced at many processing sites.

■Reducing the burden at the time of introductionWe have prepared communication connection materials that make use of our past achievements. It can be used to quickly resolve problems when communication with the connected device is not going well.

Main features
■Basic functions・Subprogram expansion
Subprograms can be expanded and sent. Since the main program and subprogram can be expanded even if they are in the same file, there is no need to separate the files.
*The depth of subprograms is unlimited. Depth control depends on the memory capacity of your computer.
*Subprograms are called in the following order of priority.
① Inside the main program file
②Same folder as the parent file ③Specified folder location (1 location)

・Schedule sending function
You can set and register the transmission order (schedule) of multiple files. Just set your daily schedule and press the lead button on site. You can operate it without leaving the site, saving you the trouble of traveling. Also, depending on the settings, continuous operation is possible without pressing the lead button.

・Remote command function
You can request to send a specified file by sending a command from the NC machine tool. This saves you the trouble of having to go to your computer and perform sending operations.

・Automatically receive NC programs from NC machine tools
When you send an NC program from an NC machine tool, the file is automatically received. No reception operations are required on the computer side. Name the files and store them sequentially.
*The software name will be automatically specified for the storage file.
*If a file with the same name exists in the same folder, it will be automatically overwritten and saved.

・Improve efficiency with direct operation
In addition to memory transfer, direct operation (DNC operation) is also possible. Huge NC programs that exceed the memory size of the NC machine tool can also be sent. Can be used for unmanned operation at night.
*DNC operation function is required on the NC machine tool side for DNC operation. However, the NC machine tool side only supports RS232C (remote buffer, computer link, etc.) and FANUC's FOCAS (LAN). Please check the specifications of the NC machine tool.

・Email sending function
The operator will be notified by e-mail that the transmission has been completed or that an error occurred during transmission. Of course, you can also receive emails on your mobile phone. Even if you are far away, you can understand the status of the NC machine tool and work efficiently.
*Depending on the environment, it may not be sent automatically.

・Communication trouble diagnosis
The troubleshoot button automatically assesses the situation and displays hints for resolving the issue.
