This software helps clarify the cause of problems that occur on the machined surface, such as ``streaks that did not appear in the cutting simulation'' or ``same scratches that appear every time I cut.'' Main features

■Failure analysis function

・Backlash analysis The parts where the movement direction of each axis (X, Y, Z) changes are displayed in different colors. If the analysis results match the machined surface, the cause is likely to be the backlash correction amount of the NC. ・Cross-section line, scanning line analysis function You can check the accuracy of the NC program by setting the display magnification of the NC program cross section and highlighting slight errors. If the analysis results match the machined surface, the cause may be the accuracy of the NC program. ・Curvature radius analysis function Displays points where acceleration/deceleration increases in NC.
