Features
■Approaching the causes of machined surface defects from NC programsThis software helps clarify the cause of problems that occur on the machined surface, such as ``streaks that did not appear in the cutting simulation'' or ``same scratches that appear every time I cut.''

Main features
■Failure analysis function・Backlash analysis
The parts where the movement direction of each axis (X, Y, Z) changes are displayed in different colors. If the analysis results match the machined surface, the cause is likely to be the backlash correction amount of the NC.

・Cross-section line, scanning line analysis function
You can check the accuracy of the NC program by setting the display magnification of the NC program cross section and highlighting slight errors. If the analysis results match the machined surface, the cause may be the accuracy of the NC program.

・Curvature radius analysis function
Displays points where acceleration/deceleration increases in NC. If the analysis results match the machined surface, the cause may be the machining conditions or the accuracy of the NC program.

・Contour analysis function
If periodic malfunctions occur in the NC feed shaft ball screw, motor, position detector, etc. after long-term use, striped patterns may appear on the machined surface. In contour line analysis, the NC program is divided at the specified Z height and displayed in different colors. If the defect on the machined surface is the same as the analysis result, the axis and pitch that are the cause of the defect can be identified, making it easy to identify the NC defect location.

・Tolerance analysis function
The size of the tolerance is displayed in different colors. You can check what tolerance the NC program was created with.

・Detailed information display function
Displays the NC program and detailed information at the clicked position. It is linked to "Nasca Edit", so you can edit data smoothly.

■Editing function・Simultaneous replacement function for up to 128 pairs
This is useful when using the same NC program on NC machine tools from different manufacturers.

・Arithmetic conversion
Converts the NC program at the specified address (X, Y, etc.) according to the set formula.
Example: Convert all values ​​of X to double values

・Other conversion functions
It is equipped with functions that allow you to perform editing tasks faster and more reliably. Helps improve work efficiency.
