NAZCA5 SIM Lathe is the successor product of Nazca [drawing/editing] (for lathes). This machining simulation software not only draws the machining trajectory, but also checks the NC program and displays information such as machining time. Features

In addition to drawing the machining trajectory, you can also check the NC program and display information such as machining time. It provides powerful support for checking NC programs with various functions. Main features

■Display the status of the NC program

Since the drawing status is displayed at the top of the screen, it prevents mistakes that cannot be checked by simply drawing the machining path. Additionally, machining time and machining distance are calculated and displayed, which can be used for changing cutters, machining setups, and calculating estimates. *Macro data cannot be created. *Some composite fixed cycles can be drawn. *There is a limit to the data size that can be drawn (maximum 128KB). *The fixed cycle part is a simple drawing, and the cutting distance and machining time are also simple calculations.

■Check for mistakes and see corrections at a glance

It detects and displays various errors such as grammatical errors and correction errors, and stops drawing at that position. When you move to the editing window, the cursor will move to the line where the error occurred, so you can see the corrections at a glance.

■Checking maximum and minimum values

Displays the maximum and minimum values ​​of coordinate values, rotation, etc. at the time drawing stops.

■Drawing color is set for each tool

You can set the drawing color for each tool. Ideal for checking tool changes. Tool colors can be selected from 16 colors.

■Select drawing range

You can draw for each program number in the data. The program number is automatically determined and can be displayed and selected in a list.

■It is also possible to draw in mirror image

Just by changing the settings, a mirror image of clockwise circle G03 will be drawn.

■ Setting the drawing stop string

Searches for the specified string and stops drawing at the found position. You can also draw at high speed to a specified position and then slowly check each line from there.

■Drawing subprograms

Subprograms within the same file can be drawn (up to a maximum depth of 8 levels). *Okuma subprogram calls (CALL) are not supported.

■Drawing of compound lathe

Compatible with drawing NC programs for complex lathes. Simulate C-axis, Y-axis data, drilling canned cycles, etc. *Compound lathe machining simulation only supports line drawing. Solid drawing is not supported. *Operation is not guaranteed on computers that are not equipped with an OpenGL-compatible graphics accelerator. *B-axis data is not supported.
