■Air cut measures

・Material shape recognition Recognizes the shape of the material drawn in CAD and creates rough cutting data to reduce air cuts. Convenient for processing forged products, cast products, etc. ・Avoiding trajectory area Create a trajectory for locations where the tool could not enter in the previous process. Avoids the trajectory of the previous process, reducing air cuts.

■Safety and security measures

・Prevention of barrier interference In valleys where there is a risk of interference with the jaws of the bite, a diagonal line (barrier) is automatically drawn to prevent interference. ・Prevents interference with two-stage relief We take into account interference not only on the cutting surface but also on the entire tool and workpiece.
