NAZCA5 CAM Lathe is the successor to the Nazca Pro lathe. With outstanding operability and simple and easy-to-understand functions, it strongly supports data creation for NC lathes. Packed with useful functions unique to CAM for NC lathes. In addition to simply creating data, we also take air cut measures and safety into account. Features

■Easy to use with easy operation

The next action you need to take is displayed at the bottom of the screen, so you can move on to the next action without hesitation. In addition, we have prepared many easy-to-understand illustration screens for setting screens such as numerical input, so you can input without being confused. Main features

■Air cut measures

・Material shape recognition Recognizes the shape of the material drawn in CAD and creates rough cutting data to reduce air cuts. Convenient for processing forged products, cast products, etc. ・Avoiding trajectory area Create a trajectory for locations where the tool could not enter in the previous process. Avoids the trajectory of the previous process, reducing air cuts.

■Safety and security measures

・Prevention of barrier interference In valleys where there is a risk of interference with the jaws of the bite, a diagonal line (barrier) is automatically drawn to prevent interference. ・Prevents interference with two-stage relief We take into account interference not only on the cutting surface but also on the entire tool and workpiece. Releases the tool in two stages.

■Compatible with various lathe machines

・Can be switched between upright/mirror It can also be used with machines with special coordinate axes and vertical lathes. *Not compatible with compound lathes and mill processing. Compatible with coordinate axes of horizontal lathes, vertical lathes, etc.

■A rich variety of processing patterns

・Contour line roughing Suitable for rough cutting from round bars. ・Rough cutting It is convenient for processing items that have a certain shape, such as forged or cast items. ・Finishing Not only can you correct the nose radius, but it is also easy to perform continuous outer diameter cutting after end face cutting. ・Marukoma chase Rough cutting in the horizontal direction is possible. ·screw A number of times can be specified for the constant depth of cut method. Extends tool life and reduces cutting time. ·drill Chips are reliably discharged by feeding in specified intervals. ・Cut-off You can chamfer or round the cutting start part, and set the S value of the cutting end part. ・Groove (punching) As shown in the diagram on the right, we can also process grooves with arcuate walls or grooves with multiple levels. ・Groove (deep groove punching) By specifying the amount of cut in the depth direction during punching, the depth to the groove bottom is cut in stages. ・Groove (horizontal drawing processing) Suitable for shapes where the groove width is wider than the groove depth.
