About This Product

Our "Super Mascolloider" is also called a melting machine, and it is a milling machine that goes beyond mere pulverization and makes it possible to create ultra-fine particles that feel like they are melting. This is a stone mill-type ultra-fine grinder that consists of two upper and lower nonporous grindstones (patented in 12 countries around the world) that allow you to freely adjust the corners. Because it is a stone mill type, the product particles are rounder than other grinding methods, and the particle size distribution is narrower, sharper, and smoother.

■Excellent internal structure

The grindstone is extremely easy to disassemble and assemble, and has excellent cleaning properties, so it is used in all industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and chemical plants.

■Clearance adjustment is also extremely easy.

Clearance setting is an important task that determines the particle size of the product, that is, the quality of the product. Simply turn the adjustment handle left and right to move the whetstone up and down in 1/100mm increments. It is also possible to operate with a clearance of "0" (the grinding wheels are in contact with each other).

■Special grindstone for grinding

There are 150 types of grinders that enable the excellent grinding power of the ultra-fine grinder, which achieves overwhelmingly fine particles and rounded particle shapes, when subdivided by material, particle size, groove shape, etc. We have a wide selection of products. In addition, antibacterial whetstones have been added that have antibacterial properties on their own as a sanitary control measure for food manufacturers, etc., and can be used with any kind of raw material.

■Power of non-porous grinder

A typical grinder has a porosity of about 40%. Therefore, when the raw material is raw, proteins such as meat juices enter the inside of the food and become a storage area for hundreds of billions of bacteria. In addition, these pores often cause the whetstone to crack. On the other hand, the nonporous grinder completely prevents bacterial contamination and damage to the grinder, and can also be operated in a contact state, contributing to overwhelming ultra-atomization and improved yield.

■MKZA15-40J

This is a medium-sized mill for low to medium viscosity raw materials. This is a medium-sized mill with a jacket structure that has a processing capacity of 300 to 3,000 kg/hr and can be widely used for mass production. The spring mechanism makes it easy to open and close the heavy top lid.
