About This Product

Half a century has passed since the world's first ultrafine particle grinding machine "Super Mascolloider" equipped with a non-porous grinding wheel was born. During this time, we have achieved high performance, high efficiency, and high functionality, and now, as the culmination of our efforts, the 4th generation Super Mascolloider IV has been released. This machine has been thoroughly reviewed for ease of use and functionality, in addition to being compliant with global standards such as CE marking, KCS mark, and UL, and has been praised as the "perfected grinder." .

■World standard safety specifications

- Designed with worker safety and ease of use as top priorities. - Even heavy lids can be opened and closed easily with the spring balancer. ・Sensors are installed in various places so that the machine cannot be operated unless all parts are installed. ・Secure double safety with cam switch type switch (breaker).

■Selectable bearing mechanism

・Suitable for general work environments as well as severe conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, and 24-hour operation. - Three types are available: grease injection type, oil circulation type, and oil mist type. Please choose the mechanism that is suitable for your usage environment.

■Meister function can also be installed

It can be equipped with the newly developed "Smart Meister function". This is a function in which the machine always automatically controls the gap between the grinding wheels according to preset conditions, but we have made the conventional Meister function easier to use, simpler, and cheaper. We have removed unnecessary things and carefully reviewed only the necessary functions.

■Easy-to-clean main body structure

You can also clean the back side of the whetstone. This may seem obvious, but it is a unique feature of NEW Mascolloider.
