About This Product

In the past, when attempting to obtain ultrafine particles at the undermicron level, the grinding process had to be repeated over and over again while making fine adjustments to the equipment, making it impossible for workers to leave the site. The "self-circulating mill" equipped with a newly developed "self-pumping function" can obtain the target particles simply by turning on the switch. When raw materials are input, operation begins in "coarse crushing mode", and delicate clearance and rotation speed control are all automatic. When the specified process is completed, it will automatically stop and an alarm will be issued to notify you that the operation has ended. There are also settings for automatic discharge and automatic cleaning functions. (optional) Since the grinding chamber is filled with the processed material without any gaps, the processed material does not come into contact with air, and there is almost no quality deterioration. In addition, the main body design has a new mechanism that does not cause stagnation, achieving revolutionary performance with no uneven particle size distribution.

■MKZA10-20CJMⅣ Wet type

In the case of CNF, one batch of raw material slurry weighing 20 to 30 kg is defibrated into ultrafine particles of 200 to 300 nanometers in approximately 1 hour. Everything from raw material supply to discharge and cleaning can be automated (as an option), so it can be used for production purposes as well.
