About This Product

During alumite treatment, the aluminum that dissolves into the electrolyte becomes aluminum sulfate, which reduces the amount of free sulfuric acid required and increases the aluminum concentration, making it impossible to maintain a constant quality of alumite. For this reason, we are currently increasing the applied voltage and periodically renewing some of the bath liquid. By introducing this equipment, it becomes easier to manage the aluminum concentration in the alumite treatment tank, and benefits such as quality stability and reduction in the amount of newly added sulfuric acid are obtained.

■ Separates aluminum sulfate from the sulfuric acid alumite treatment solution to make the solution permanent.- When the bath liquid is passed through the device, aluminum sulfate is first discharged. Highly concentrated free sulfuric acid remains inside the device, and high-concentrated free sulfuric acid can be obtained by passing pure water through it.
- Eliminates bath fluid renewal work (bath fluid extraction and bath construction work).
・Effective free sulfuric acid can be recovered and reused without being disposed of.
・Aluminum sulfate (including other metal ions) is discharged from the bath liquid by automatic operation.
・Since the concentration of free sulfuric acid and aluminum in the bath liquid can be kept constant, the quality of alumite products is stable.
・As an application, acid can be recovered from acid cleaning waste liquid other than sulfuric acid alumite bath liquid.
