About This Product

■What is electrochemical marking?

・The main body supplies low voltage output. Connect one end to the marking head and the other end to the target product through a universal cord. ・Apply the stencil printed with the mark content and image to the target. - The electrolyte absorbed by the felt pad located between the target and the marking head supplies a current through the printed part of the stencil. ・When you press the foot switch after applying the marking head to the target part, a circuit is formed and electrolysis begins.

■OXIDE mark

The OXIDE mark is a black mark (white oxide mark on aluminum and black processed mesh) and is applicable to most ferrous metals and some non-ferrous metals. A general-purpose mark that can be made in 1 to 3 seconds and creates a mark several microns in height on a metal surface, which can be erased by polishing.

■ETCH mark

The ETCH mark removes a small layer of metal surface to form a mark below the surface. Generally applied to brass, bronze and aluminum. Forms a mark with a depth of 0.003mm in 1 to 3 seconds. DEEP ETCH marks and marks with a depth of 0.1mm are also possible.

■COMPOUND mark

Performs OXID mark consecutively to ETCH mark. This method is widely used in aircraft applications. Features of ME3000 series

■Kit box and marking unit

The kit box is designed with consideration for taking out and storing consumables. The kit box set comes with the minimum consumables necessary for marking. The new tower style improves LCD image quality and saves space. You can choose the included marking head, electrolyte, and stencil according to your application, so as long as you have a power source, you can start marking just by bringing this kit.

■M3000T

You can edit programs on your computer through the USB port. It is also possible to save edited programs and preset programs to your computer. Security features have also been added to make program management easier for responsible personnel and minimize operator errors. Some applications require a light ETCH mark followed by a COMPOUND mark followed by an OXIDE mark. With the introduction of the OXIDE DELAY function, it is now possible to create high-quality marks on most metals by forming a high-quality OXIDE layer, which was previously difficult and limited to only a few metals.
