About This Product

■Model that enables solar thermal power generation and solar power generation

・Heating throughout the building ・Hot water supply ·ventilation ・Power generation OM Quattro Solar is a model that enables solar power generation in addition to solar heat utilization, which is the basic performance of OM. This mechanism is also utilized in OMX. The electricity obtained from sunlight can be used for all the electricity in your home. In addition, with conventional solar power generation, the heat generated during power generation has to be discarded, but OM Quattro Solar uses the heat generated during power generation for heating and hot water supply, making it efficient without wasting energy. Approximately 21% of the solar energy is used as electricity and 13% is used as heat with solar panels, making a total of 34% of the energy available. This achieves industry-leading energy creation performance.

■How OM Quattro Solar works in winter

The solar radiation on the roof is used to generate solar power and heat the air. Warm air is sent under the floor and stored in heat storage concrete, providing gentle underfloor heating throughout the house. Since outside air is used for heating, ventilation is always provided with warm fresh air. From night until dawn, heat is slowly radiated from the heat storage concrete. We create a comfortable indoor environment with little temperature difference not only in living rooms but also in hallways and changing rooms.

■How OM Quattro Solar works Summer

Air heated on the roof is exhausted from the attic. Mainly from spring to autumn, heated air is used to boil water. The temperature of the hot water is approximately 50℃ when it is stored in a 300L hot water tank. You can use it to fill a bathtub with hot water or take a shower. At night, depending on the region, radiant cooling is used to draw in cooler air. Ventilate the room by keeping the windows closed at night.

■Control with smartphone

You can use your smartphone as a remote control. From your smartphone, you can check outside temperature, ridge temperature, room temperature, etc., and change operating settings. The feature is that you can control it from anywhere.

■Touch panel remote control control

From children to the elderly, everyone from children to the elderly can check the workings of the house, including animated displays that match the seasons and weather.
