About This Product

■Desktop chamfering machine for stainless steel, iron, and aluminum

Ideal for chamfering stainless steel.

■Amount of chamfering

・Stainless steel (SUS304): Maximum C1.0 in one operation. - Set the chamfer amount by turning the dial clockwise. ・The dial is engraved with a scale of C0.5 per rotation and C0.1 increments. (It also has a vernier scale.)

■Chamfer length

300mm

■Materials that can be chamfered

Stainless steel (SUS304), steel, special steel, non-ferrous metals

■ Chamfered blade

・A commercially available carbide coated φ10 end mill is used. ・Since the cutting position can be changed, the full length of the end mill's blade can be used, making it economical. ・You can easily change the end mill according to the material of the workpiece.

■How to operate

・Simply turn on the switch, secure the workpiece to the stopper, and press the lever. ・Anyone can easily make beautiful chamfers without secondary burrs. ・The recommended chamfering speed is 4s for a chamfer length of 100mm. Patented
