About This Product

Blockneck is a blockage pad for pulley inlets. By simply inserting Blockneck between the pulley and the hook, the hook or wire rope end (clip, etc.) will not be sucked into the pulley.

■For protecting the entrance of the pulley and preventing clogging.・A pad that prevents blockages caused by the end of the rope being sucked into pulley entrances, etc.
・Attach to the rope as a retrofit to the existing system.
・For both wire and fiber use
・Compatible with ropes up to Φ9mm

■How to useOnce the bolts are removed, the drum will separate into two parts, so it can be retrofitted without having to rethread the rope. Compatible with rope diameters up to Φ9 mm.

Insert the rope between the separated drums and retighten the bolts and you're done. Make sure the rope passes through the hole and is not pinched.
*If Blockneck is caught, he will not be able to move on the rope.
