About This Product
Cliblock is a moving pulley that can be clipped with one touch. Not only can it be used as a normal movable pulley (even-numbered multiplier), but the clip function is extremely useful when using it as a 3-ply (or odd-numbered multiplier) movable pulley.
■As a movable pulley for both double and triple power
・A movable pulley that allows you to clip the rope end with one touch.
・You can clip it even if there is no eye on the end of the rope, so you can easily create a movable pulley with three times the force.
・Can quickly switch between 2x power and 3x power.
-Can be used at forestry overhead lines, civil engineering, construction, and cargo handling sites.
■Overview of each part and hook installation
-One sheave (pulley) (Φ75mm).
-The rope can be passed through the sheave (pulley) by opening the lever.
・The hook can be attached by removing the nut on the hook shaft (shaft diameter Φ12mm).
・Secure the end of the rope to either a clip or a becket (in the case of a becket, use a shackle).
・The pin is used to prevent the rope from slipping off when using the clip.
*Hook not included.
■Mechanism for clipping the rope end
・Insert it into the clip and put it out the window.
・Re-insert from outside the window
・Pull it from both sides and fit it into the window.
- When a load is applied, the clip tightens and the rope is fixed. When the load is removed, the clip is released and the rope can be pulled out.
*For 3x power, pass it through a sieve in advance.
■As a movable pulley with triple power
When using it as a triple force movable pulley, there are two ways to stop the end of the rope.
・Secure the ends with clips
・Secure the end with a becket
■As a movable pulley with double power
Cliblock can also be used as a double force movable pulley. In this case neither Beckett nor Clip will be used.
