About This Product

■What is BUIK system?

This is a resource recycling system that uses BUIK bacteria to perform high-speed, high-temperature fermentation processing on food residue in an average of 8 hours. The product after processing food residue is used as fertilizer or feed by making use of the remaining BUIK bacteria. BUIK organic fertilizer revitalizes the soil, enables continuous cultivation of organic vegetables, and increases yields. As feed, it is a high-performance BUIK product that improves the immunity of livestock and farmed fish, as well as improves the growing environment.

■What is BUIK model?

The dedicated machine "BUIK model" and "BUIK model" continue to evolve and undergo changes without prior notice to improve performance. The ``BUIK model'' is a machine for high-temperature fermentation and drying processing that utilizes the power of the ``BUIK bacteria'', a group of useful microorganisms, to decompose food residue and produce excellent fertilizers and copper additives. During fermentation and drying, the temperature of the product is as high as 70 to 80℃, which kills bacteria and makes it possible to produce safe and secure fertilizers and copper additives. ■Can be disassembled in a short time

The "BUIK model" raises the temperature of food residue to 70-80℃ and ferments and decomposes it in about 8 hours.

■Prevents the occurrence of bad odors

During processing, the BUIK model returns bad odors from food residue to the heat source and burns them. Therefore, bad odors are not emitted outside.

■Low processing cost

The "BUIK model" is fully automatically controlled and does not require any special mechanical operation skills. Therefore, it is possible to reduce labor costs. It can also be powered by waste oil.

■High quality products

The products are turned into excellent fertilizers and feed additives. BUIK fertilizer improves the quality of crops and increases yields, while BUIK feed additives improve the resistance and growth of livestock and fish, and improve water quality in aquaculture farms.

■Processing capacity tailored to your application

There are six types of "BUIK models" with processing capacities ranging from 100L to 2,000L. It is also possible to customize the size of the machine according to your wishes.
