■Product introduction

The compact joystick manipulator (TM-S) for semiconductor, biological, and other industries allows for quick and intuitive positioning of objects. Conventional manipulators use screws to adjust the X, Y, and Z axes, which takes a lot of time to align. The joystick manipulator we propose is lightweight and compact (external dimensions: W20 x D100 x H56mm, weight 176g), low cost, and allows for quick and intuitive contact. This is an original product from Taise Co., Ltd., a small and medium-sized company in Kamagaya City, Chiba Prefecture. Our company has been engaged in the manufacturing business and the trading company business, but as we reach the turning point of approximately 50 years since our founding, we have decided to take on a new challenge and are striving to develop new products.

■Features

・Anyone can quickly and intuitively align the position using the joystick. - Unique two-stage sliding ball structure prevents misalignment (returning) during contact. ・Compact design External size: W20 x D100 x H56mm - Lightweight design with a body weight of 176g, making it easy to carry. -Achieved approximately 50% smaller size than the conventional product (TM-L). ・Can be used for various purposes by changing the tip attachment.
