■Product introduction
Even though conventional tabletop reflow ovens are tabletop, they are still large, which limits the space available, and they are also expensive. The tabletop reflow oven that we are proposing is lightweight, compact (external dimensions: W110mm x D127mm x H16mm, weight 346g), low cost, and anyone can easily use it in a short time by combining it with their own hot plate with temperature controller. Reflow is possible.
We also sell a desktop solder reflow machine (TR-20S) that is combined with our recommended hot plate.
This is an original product from Taise Co., Ltd., a small and medium-sized company in Kamagaya City, Chiba Prefecture. Our company has been engaged in the manufacturing business and the trading company business, but as we approach the turning point of approximately 50 years since our founding, we have decided to take on a new challenge and are striving to develop new products.

-Easy temperature setting with digital temperature controller.
- Optimized the furnace structure to achieve uniform temperature on the reflow plate on which the sample is placed.
- Cream solder on wiring boards can be reflowed in about 30 seconds.
・You can check the reflow progress through the glass lid.
*Recommended hot plate: When combined with As One CHP-170DF
・Rapid cooling possible with N2 purge function
・Exhaust gas treatment is possible with a vacuum pump and filter
