■Product introduction
Although our reflow oven is reasonably priced, it is possible to set a vacuum environment and atmosphere including nitrogen, and when combined with a hot plate (manufactured by As One), it achieves high temperature control using PID control. I am. Furthermore, we have realized the world's smallest class (reflow oven external dimensions: W145mm x D153mm x H31mm) that makes it easy to install in a lab.
Additionally, we have options such as a compound gauge (-0.1MPa to 0.1MPa) and a magnifying glass (2x) to make it even easier to use.
This is an original product from Taise Co., Ltd., a small and medium-sized company in Kamagaya City, Chiba Prefecture. Our company has been engaged in the manufacturing business and the trading company business, but as we approach the turning point of approximately 50 years since our founding, we have decided to take on a new challenge and are striving to develop new products.

・Maintains inert gas atmosphere such as N2 for a long time
・In combination with a general-purpose regulator (replaceable cylinder type) + small vacuum pump, it can be used even in places without piping equipment.
・Using a glass window makes it easy to check the board inside the reflow oven
・In consideration of safety, overpressure prevention relief valve is installed.
・Many options such as compound meter, magnifying glass, general-purpose regulator, gas cylinder (N2, Co2), vacuum pump, etc.
