This is a reflow oven that has an ultra-compact design specialized for prototyping and development, yet enables vacuum and nitrogen purging. Anyone can easily reflow anywhere.
■Features
・Lightweight and compact design
Due to its ultra-compact and ultra-lightweight design of W320mm x D360mm x H138mm, reflow can be performed anywhere.
・You can check the reflow progress through the glass lid.
You can perform the reflow process while observing the state of the board (sample), so you can work with confidence.
・Vacuum/nitrogen purge possible
Vacuum/nitrogen purging is possible, allowing reflow without forming solder balls or voids.
*When cooling, loosen the lock while flowing nitrogen (air) to lower the temperature more quickly.
・High temperature controllability with PID control
The effective range can be controlled within ±1℃ using PID control.
・Temperature profile can be set
Temperature profiles can be set using the hot plate's programmable function (up to 8 steps).
*Depending on the heater capacity built into the hot plate, the temperature may not rise as per the set program. 7~8℃/min
・Temperature status can be output to PC
It is possible to output a graph with a temperature profile and the current temperature status to a PC.
